Today's post is part 2 of my Hong Kong haul series - accessories!
During my month long stay its definitely fair to say I picked up a fair few pairs of earrings :D 17 pairs to be exact! Most of these were purchased in small boutiques scattered around Hong Kong. I really like simple crystal studs since they can be worn whatever the occasion, of course though I couldn't pass up the cute Mickey and Hello Kitty studs too. For the most part I don't wear dangly earrings but I thought the crystal bow design was really elegant and will look great for more formal occasions.
I definitely don't wear necklaces very often so I only picked up two. Both seem to have a circular kind of theme going on - totally didn't realise this until writing this post! The first one is extremely dainty and minimal so it will look great to accessorise a plain outfit. The second necklace was a gift (thank you!) and I love it because its eye catching whilst being subtle at the same time.
I picked up a few bracelets. The silver buckle bracelet can be accessorised with flat beads however I didn't see any beads that I liked so for now its pretty plain. The last two bracelets are really dainty and will look great for stacking with other bracelets that I own. As you can see I'm definitely a fan of silver jewellery!
I picked up this simple wallet from a boutique jewellery store. Its not genuine leather (it cost under £10!) but I really like how chic it looks. I'm definitely a fan of simple designs and I like how many card slots it has. This wallet will be great when I carry a smaller handbag since my current wallet is extremely bulky.
I've saved the biggie til last - let me introduce you to my brand new Coach handbag :D. I met up with my Uncle who gifted this to me as a graduation gift. I absolutely love it! Its definitely not my usual style of handbag - I tend to stick to neutral patterns and colours but I think its a great addition to my handbag collection. I'm trying to use this handbag as much as I can before the weather turns cold, but otherwise I look forward to bringing it out again next spring and summer!
That's it for my accessories haul! Let me know if you'd be interested in more fashion/styling posts, I'm thinking of doing more outfit posts on my blog :)
